I cant thank this shop enough for all the help they gave me after my Mum had a stroke. Their kindness was much needed at a very difficult time. They gave some useful advice and even loaned us a wheelchair for the weekend free of charge.

Took my elderly friend who has mild dementia to the shop. Very friendly and attentive in the shop, but very disappointed with several things that happened after that. Riser/recliner was delivered by 2 people who did not have experience with the chair and so when not working were unable to resolve problem. We had been assured in the shop that they would come and spend time with my friend, making sure he was happy with the product and would look to see what other ways they could help him. This never happened. They did send someone from the manufacturer the next day to check the chair was set up properly , but it was both distressing, unavoidable, and not what had been promised before the sale took place. Since then I have found my friend fails to return his chair to the sitting position and sits in it tilted forward. I got someone from the shop to visit but was told not to worry. When social services expressed concern, I decided to contact chair manufacturer directly. They told me they have a handset that automatically returns chair to sitting position but sadly not compatible with model we had purchased. I think the pros and cons of the different handsets and chairs should have been pointed out to me before purchase. Lastly , after purchase, got no response from letters and emails and it took me 2 months to get my receipt. Lack of prompt response and simple apologies have left me unable to recommend this shop.
