Knoll Medical Practice - Hospital in Orpington

I strongly would not recommend registering and visiting this Medical Practice.

The worst clinic I have had to deal with. The receptionists are terribly rude and know very little about how the practice works. The line is always engaged until after lunch as they have not bothered to invest in a call queuing system. The clinic is also not able to handle electronic prescriptions properly either - most likely as the prescription clerk goes home at lunch.

I would give zero stars if I could. Vile reception staff who being a potential new patient being pushed to the back of the queue TWICE and received a mouthful that her phone call takes priority over me. If u work with the public. TEACH YOUR STAFF MANNERS. AVOID THESE SCUMBAGS

Absolutely shocking place. When we came to register here, receptionist assured us they will call us in 2 weeks time to confirm the initial health check appointments for the family. After a month, still no call. We gave up and decided to make a usual appointment. During the telephone conversations, receptionists are always in rush and may speak rude sometimes. No wheelchair or pram access. GP's are not interested in listening to you, looking at the time every single minute to say "Sorry I have another patient waiting, goodbye." There is a rude doctor whose name is P. K., who came out to be a racist! Currently in the process of reporting their behaviour to the NHS.

Insulting, slow, place also has an unpleasant smell to it and is unclean!!!
